Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN Generalist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln
. Lincoln Medical Center is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and has Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award-winning Cancer and Breast Centers. The hospital provides comprehensive health services to women by a team of highly specialized and caring medical professionals. The team performs an average of 1,500 live births per year. The Women’s Health Center provides a modern, family friendly environment for OB/GYN care.

Opportunity Details
  • Perform a full scope of women's health exams, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams.
  • Diagnose conditions and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Manage prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care for patients.
  • Document patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Counsel patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and wellness.
  • Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and emerging innovations in the field.
Qualifications
  • Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):

  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.

Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.

Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO):
