Mammography Radiologist

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Mammography Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice, located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. Our dedicated team at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health provides coordinated care using the best clinical practices and tools to manage patient health. We provide the full spectrum of care for children and adults.

Opportunity Details:

• Interpreting mammographic images
• Performing biopsies
• Full Radiology suites and state of the art imaging technology

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Mammography Radiology
• Experience with breast biopsy (a plus, but not required)
• Hybrid role – off site and on-site readings
• 5-day work week

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $456,750* (board eligible) and $482,500* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $547,270** (board eligible) and $573,020** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
