Overview
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Pediatric Urologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a Level I Trauma and Stroke Center with Centers of Excellence in all medical specialties, including its award‑winning Cancer and Breast Centers. - Provide comprehensive pediatric urologic care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical treatment.
- Perform robotic‑assisted and minimally invasive urologic surgeries with proficiency.
- Supervise, mentor, and educate urology residents and medical students, fostering an academic learning environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, nephrologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical protocol development.
- Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote pediatric urologic health.
- Additional compensation available for optional call.
- Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology.
- Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pediatric Urology.
- Active and unrestricted New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
- Demonstrated experience in robotic‑assisted pediatric urologic surgery.
- Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting, preferred.
Annual base salary: $450,000 (based on a 40‑hour work week). The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $580,520 and includes salary, 401(k) contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.
Benefits- Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
- Projected bonus of up to $40,000 based on quality and productivity targets.
