Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the Gananda Primary Care practice in Walworth, NY, just east of Rochester. Located about 25 minutes from downtown Rochester, Gananda offers a tight-knit suburban community with easy access to the cultural and recreational opportunities of a vibrant city.
ResponsibilitiesThis is an outpatient-only position with no OB and no weekend responsibilities. The call schedule is light (1 in every 15 weeks) and limited to phone-only coverage. You will work alongside one experienced Advanced Practice Provider and a dedicated nursing team, serving a loyal and established patient panel across all age groups, enabling meaningful continuity of care and long-term relationships.

Pay range: $ - $ per year. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants and may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, licensure date, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
