The Psychiatrist Out‑Patient is responsible for providing professional medical services and will assess and monitor a patient’s ongoing psychiatric needs. This includes general psychiatry/consulting services with primary care and behavioral health integrations. The position allows a hybrid option for telemedicine and in‑person services.
Job RequirementsMust have a current, valid, unrestricted Physician license in New York and maintain active staff membership and clinical privileges. Must hold current, valid federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances. Current Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry is required;
Subspecialty Board Certification in Addiction Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine preferred. Act as the psychiatric consultant within the Collaborative Care Model, advising primary care providers and behavioral health managers on treatment plans and adherence.
Pay Range: $200,000 - $300,000 annually, DOE.
