Position Title Academic Scholar - Assistant/Associate/Full Professor;
Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
The Jacobs School of Medicine (JSMBS) and Biomedical Sciences, Department of Medicine, is currently seeking qualified clinical educators for full‑time positions at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level for our Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism based at our ambulatory and major affiliated teaching hospitals.
Position Summary- Serve as attending physician for inpatient and ambulatory services
- Consultation and follow‑up of patients
- Expected to conduct clinical research
- Teach fellows, residents, and medical students
- Excellent teaching is an essential criterion for appointment to this position.

Minimum Qualifications- MD/DO or equivalent degree required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of NY
- Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
