Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Dermatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals – Harlem. Harlem Hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center. The hospital maintains an academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.

• Provide outpatient dermatology consultations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions
• Perform minor dermatologic procedures and lesion removals
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on skin health
• Collaborate with other specialties and support resident education
• Part‑time schedule: 24 hours per week

• Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology
• New York State Medical License

Annual Base Salary: $202,200 (board eligible); $208,200 (board certified) based on a 24‑hour work week.

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.

Projected bonus of up to $24,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
