A thriving multi-specialty group of 110 physicians across 20 specialties just two hours south of San Francisco in Monterey, CA is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their staff as an outpatient clinician.

Join a large team of 25 other primary care physicians who practice in modern, state‑of‑the‑art clinical space. The practice has a need to add another physician to help meet surging patient demand due to the growing community.

• The position consists of 4.5 days seeing patients with a protected 0.5 days of administrative time.
• Base salary range $334,000 – $360,000 with upside via wRVU production incentives.
• Patients per day: 16–18 (40 minutes for each new visit and 20 minutes for each follow‑up).
• Housing assistance available – the hospital has a unique program to offset the high cost of housing in the area.
• Loan repayment available (up to $150,000).
• Productivity bonus included – unlimited earning potential via wRVU productivity.
