• Salary Range:
$600,000 - $675,000 based on a 4-day work week. This compensation range represents good-faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
• Health system offers physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
• Sign-on Bonus up to $200,000
• Fellowship stipend of up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws.

Facility DetailsThe Regional Cancer Program has been continuously accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Comprehensive Community Cancer Center since 1947. The program is a member of the ECOG-ACRIN and has participated in NCI-sponsored clinical trials for nearly 30 years. The program follows a collaborative and multidisciplinary model, which includes onsite Radiation Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists, and Radiologists.
