Clinical Assistant​/Associate Professor HS, Department of Medicine and Department of Pediatrics

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care to adult patients at Buffalo General Medical Center and pediatric patients at Oishei Children’s Hospital
• Participate in teaching and supervision of medical students and residents from the Jacobs School of Medicine
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, academic, and patient‑centered environment
• Engage in scholarly activity, quality improvement, or clinical research as part of academic responsibilities
• Participate in departmental conferences, educational sessions, and faculty development opportunities
• Shared coverage of hospitalist services, including night and weekend responsibilities

• Opportunity to practice in both adult and pediatric hospitalist setting
• Academic appointment through the Jacobs School of Medicine, with access to resources and support for scholarly work

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in New York State
