• Schedule:
  
  9a-5p, Monday–Friday
• No call unless for a critical lab result
• Daily Volume: 15-20 patients
• Will be working with residents and medical students
• 4 physicians & APPs for support

• Provide primary care services in a clinic setting.
• Manage a daily patient load of 15-20 individuals.
• Collaborate with residents and medical students for education and care coordination.
• Coordinate care with a team of 4 physicians and APPs.
• Adhere to practice guidelines and participate in routine quality and safety activities.

• Board certification required
