) is adding a Mammography Radiologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway
, an ambulatory FQHC community-based practice. Located on 815 Broadway in Brooklyn,
Gotham Health, Broadway is a new, state‑of‑the‑art health center providing comprehensive primary care to the entire family, including patients at high risk of contracting Covid‑19, as well as short‑ and long‑term follow‑up care for those recovering from the disease.

• Interpreting mammographic images
• Conducting diagnostic breast procedures
• Performing biopsies
• Providing accurate diagnostic reports
• Full Radiology suites and state of the art imaging technology
• Onsite reading across all Gotham Health clinics
• 5-day work week

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Radiology
• Fellowship training in Mammography Radiology
• Experience with breast biopsy (a plus, but not required)

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary: $468,750* (board eligible) and $494,500* (board certified) based on a 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $559,270** (board eligible) and $585,020** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
• Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO):
  Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
• Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage:

  Equal to 2x your salary (up to a maximum of $300,000) provided at no cost to you.

• Loan Forgiveness:
  Position may be eligible for loan forgiveness through certain state or federal programs.
• Medical Malpractice Coverage (equivalent to occurrence‑based):
  Provided at no cost to the employee.

• Pre‑tax employee-paid contributions for commuting expenses.
