• Facilities: 8 ORs, 2 Endo, 4 LDR, 2 LD OR, 1 NORA per day | 422 beds | Level 1 Trauma
• Schedule:
  
  7 am to 3 pm
• Care team model
• Case volume: 5,100 cases per year
• Procedures:
  General, level 1 trauma, ENT, breast, ortho, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, urology, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN, bariatrics, thoracic, gastro, colorectal, endo, dental

Requirements

• Active state license and DEA
• Board certification or eligibility if in process
• ACLS and PALS certification
