A reputable health network is growing its outpatient services and seeking a compassionate, patient‑centered Outpatient Geriatrician to join its thriving, community‑focused team. This is an exciting growth position offering the opportunity to shape an expanding geriatric service line and make a meaningful impact on the health of older adults in the community.

• Outpatient – no inpatient rounding
• No after‑hours call
• Strong multidisciplinary support: MAs, RNs, care coordinators & behavioral health
• Physician‑centered culture with true clinical autonomy
• Leadership that supports your interests – teaching, admin, quality, or program development
• Academic affiliation with a reputable school of medicine
• Excellent referral access to in‑network specialists
• Meaningful work serving a diverse, community‑based senior population

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care including chronic disease management, frailty assessments, polypharmacy review, and advance care planning
• Care for adults 65+ with multi‑modal chronic conditions
• Primarily based in one outpatient location with occasional rotation to nearby clinics

• Monday–Friday, Days
• 1 Saturday/month (with a weekday off)
• 2 evening shifts/month

• Base Salary + RVU‑based incentive plan
• Extensive benefit package, including health, dental, vision, retirement match, CME, PTO, and malpractice coverage

• MD/DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Geriatrics fellowship preferred but not required
• NY State license (IMLC accepted)
• ACLS/BLS
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred
