Welcome to an Exciting Opportunity!
We are looking for an Intensivist to join our expanding program on Long Island. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care for admitted cardiothoracic patients in a dedicated closed CTICU. Our facility boasts a full Cardiac Program with an EP lab and Open-Heart Surgeons on staff. You will work alongside dedicated CTICU nurses, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners.
Responsibilities- Lead the interdisciplinary team in providing care for cardiothoracic patients
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in clinical rounds, consultations, and care planning
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Experience in managing critically ill patients in a CTICU setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive base compensation of $350,000+ based on training and experience
