The Ophthalmologist will provide outpatient consultation.

Responsibilities include:

• Consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment.
• Collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model.
• Provide ophthalmology care in a wait-time efficient and patient-centered manner.

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School
• Completion of approved residency in Ophthalmology
• BE/BC
• Valid NYS and DEA License
• At least 1-year experience
• Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
