Job Overview
NYU Langone Health / NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Gastroenterology (GI) Hospitalist for its NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn location in Brooklyn, NY. This physician will be an integral member of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and will work closely with the Brooklyn Chief of Gastroenterology. This position will include a faculty appointment at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Responsibilities- Providing inpatient consults for the GI consult service
- Performing general endoscopic inpatient procedures
- Supervision and teaching of NYU gastroenterology fellows
- Call coverage
- Quality improvement and metrics
- Administrative responsibilities
Board-eligible or certified in gastroenterology is required.
