• Daytime Schedule.
• Elicit and perform a detailed and accurate history and perform an appropriate physical examination.
• Monitor the level of and adjust immunosuppressive medications.
• Observe and record pertinent progress of patients, updating and summarizing charts, writing orders and progress notes, and notifying Attending Physicians of changes in patient’s condition when appropriate.
• Perform BLS and ACLS procedures in the presence of life‑threatening situations such as cardiac and/or respiratory distress when an Attending Physician is unavailable and with the Physician when appropriate.

• Physician Assistant certification/license issued by the NCCPA.
• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
• Must be ACLS/BLS certified.

Annual Base Salary: $131,127 - $174,836 based on a 40‑hour work week.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $144,239 - $192,319
, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.

• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
