The Department of Pediatrics at NYU Grossman School of Medicine has an immediate opening for a board certified/board eligible pediatrician to join our team as full time nocturnist hospitalist at the Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at NYU Langone Health.
Responsibilities include supervision and teaching medical students, pediatric residents and advanced practice providers, as well as participation in hospital-related administrative, research and/or quality improvement initiatives.
The individual will join our growing and dynamic Pediatric Hospital Medicine Division, which actively engages in all these activities, and will have access to a wide array of professional development resources offered by the institution. PHM board eligibility or certification is not required but is a plus. Recent residency graduates are welcome to apply.
Salary Range $180,000-$200,000
The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Pediatrics, possess outstanding clinical skills, hold current NY licensure, and PALS. Applicants are eligible for a faculty appointment at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics.
