Northwell Health’s Division of Infectious Disease is seeking staff physicians to join our team at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, NY
. The Division offers comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic infections and leads in infectious disease control. We shape the next generation of professionals through world‑class graduate medical education and conduct innovative research to transform our field.

Founded in 1951 as Central Suffolk Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center is a 144‑bed community hospital and the largest hospital in eastern Suffolk County. The hospital serves more than 250,000 residents of Riverhead and surrounding areas and provides advanced services, including an Interventional Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Level III Trauma Center, and NYS‑Designated Stroke Center.

Full‑time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000, determined by specialty, experience, academic accomplishments, quality of care, patient experience, and productivity.
