Job Title: Interventional Pain Management Physician
Location: New York

Practice Overview:
This expanding practice is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Pain Management Physician to join the team. Specializing in comprehensive pain management solutions, the practice is looking for a dedicated professional who is bilingual in Chinese to meet the needs of its diverse patient population.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary starting at $400,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Production Bonuses: Generous production bonuses in addition to the base salary.

  • Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities: Perform Interventional Pain Management Procedures:
  • Conduct Trial Spinal Cord Stimulators, Nerve Blocks, Epidurals, Joint and Muscular Injections, and Radio Frequency Ablations under fluoroscopic guidance.
  • Perform Electromyography (EMG) tests as part of a comprehensive pain management plan.
Patient Care:
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work alongside a team of 2 full‑time physicians and 2 physician assistants to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Must be bilingual in Chinese.
  • Educational Background: Completion of an accredited Pain Fellowship is required.
  • Medical License: A New York medical license is preferred but not required to apply.
  • Professional Background: Background in Anesthesiology (Anes) or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) is required.
  • New Graduates: New graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
