• Order, interpret tests, counsel on preventive healthcare, and write prescriptions.
• Provides direct outpatient and inpatient care under Attending supervision.
• Under supervision, conducts cardiac stress testing, including graded exercise treadmill testing and nuclear stress tests.
• Under supervision, assists in all cardiac procedures and obtains consent for all cardiology procedures.
• Orders and administers pharmacologic stress agents and echo agents.
• Participates in Heart Failure (HP) Program and in heart failure research.
• Provides initial visit, revisits assessments, establishes plan of care with patient, and patient education.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA
• Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Physician Assistant

Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**, which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below.
