Essential Position Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient primary care services to individuals and families.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population.
- Emphasize preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, nursing staff, and support services.
- Optional participation in teaching and academic activities through an affiliated residency program.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the AllScripts EMR system.
- Option to incorporate inpatient responsibilities or remote care components, based on interest.
- Education:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. - Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. - Licensure:
Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain. - Experience:
New graduates (Class of 2025) encouraged to apply; 2026 graduates not accepted. - Visa: H1 visa candidates welcome (cap-exempt facility).
- Language
Skills:
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
