Pediatric Neurologist | Perm

Location: Bronx, New York

Based in the Bronx, New York, the organization is a well-established healthcare system dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse pediatric population. The neurology department is part of a growing, collaborative multispecialty team focused on delivering comprehensive neurological services to children and adolescents.

The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Neurologist to join its expanding neurology team in the Bronx, NY. This is a primarily outpatient, full-time position (Monday–Friday) with limited call responsibilities
, offering an excellent work–life balance.

There is flexibility to incorporate inpatient responsibilities if desired.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurological care to pediatric patients.
• Participate in a shared call rotation (approximately two weeks per month) with minimal after-hours responsibilities.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of pediatric neurological conditions.
• Option to develop and lead a dedicated epilepsy program, based on interest and experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Teaching opportunities available through an affiliated residency program.
• Participate in academic appointments and research activities, if interested.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the AllScripts EMR system.
• Optional inclusion of inpatient neurological care within a traditional practice model.

• Education:
  
  MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Certification:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neurology.
• Licensure:
  Active New York medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience:
  
  New graduates and early-career physicians welcome.
• Language
  
  Skills:
  
  Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Visa: H1 visa candidates welcome (cap‑exempt facility).
