• Wound Care Leadership
• Perform comprehensive assessments of acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized, advanced treatment plans.
• Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, skin grafting, and infection control.
• Collaborative Care Coordination
• Partner with on-site nursing and rehab teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and adjustments across teams.
• Facility-Based Mobility
• Travel to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities on a regular schedule.
• Ensure timely, efficient delivery of wound care in every location you serve.

• Licensed Physician in good standing (state‑specific).
• Board Certified (Required).
• 1+ years’ experience in advanced wound care highly preferred.
• Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and a passion for field‑based care.
