Gynecological Surgeon - New York, NY (Sign-On & Relocation up to $150k)
Shift: Full-time (Days)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Gynecological Surgeon with a focus on Endometriosis Surgery to join our healthcare team. The surgeon will have the flexibility to choose their primary office location, either in Englewood, NJ OR New York, NY with occasional commuting between locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced gynecological surgeries, with a focus on endometriosis using minimally invasive techniques (MIGS).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care for patients.
• Educate patients on surgical options, procedures, and recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.
• Travel occasionally between office locations in New York and New Jersey as required.

Work Schedule:

• 5 days per week.
• No on-call, weekend, or night shifts.

Compensation:

• $325k - $375k Depending on experience with $150k+ Bonus Potential.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid DEA License and an active New York State Medical License.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 15 years of experience in OB/GYN.
• Fellowship-trained (accredited or non-accredited) in Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery (MIGS).
