Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Rheumatologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln

• Deliver expert inpatient and outpatient care for a medically complex, underserved inner-city population.
• Manage complex rheumatic diseases and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide longitudinal care in general and subspecialty rheumatology clinics.
• Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Engage in quality improvement projects, clinical pathways, and scholarly activities.
• Maintain cutting-edge expertise through CME and professional development.
• Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday coverage.

• Active and unrestricted NYS medical license.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Rheumatology.
• Five years of full-time licensed experience as a physician.

Annual Base Salary: $247,000* (Board Eligible); $252,000* (Board Certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $367,220** (Board Eligible) and $372,720** (Board Certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.

• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
• After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
