• Staffing model: 2 physicians 7a-7p; 1 physician 7p-7a
• 7-on; 7-off scheduling
• HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs
• Procedures required:
  Nocturnists will need to be able to perform central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and intubations. All providers will need basic ventilation management skills.

• Paid malpractice with tail coverage

• Physician Salary:
  • Day Round: $378k-$382k annually
  • Nocturnist: $421k-$425k annually
