- Staffing model: 2 physicians 7a-7p; 1 physician 7p-7a
- 7-on; 7-off scheduling
- HM Physicians respond to Codes and RRTs
- Procedures required:
Nocturnists will need to be able to perform central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and intubations. All providers will need basic ventilation management skills. - EMR: EPIC
- Employed position with benefits
- Paid malpractice with tail coverage
- J1 sponsorship available
- Physician Salary:
- Day Round: $378k-$382k annually
- Nocturnist: $421k-$425k annually
