• Provide comprehensive urologic care, including the diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions, with both surgical and non-surgical approaches.
• Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures and surgeries based on patient and departmental needs.
• Supervise and contribute to the development of didactics and case discussions for resident and medical student training.
• Instruct and mentor residents and medical students, offering both hands‑on training and theoretical education in Urology.
• Participate in the planning and execution of urologic procedures.
• Ensure the efficient functioning of the outpatient suite, including participation in clinical procedures and patient care.
• Coordinate with PAs and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Department's teaching programs and integrate new technologies and techniques.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Active New York state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Annual Base Salary: $352,000* (board eligible); $362,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
• The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $482,720** (board eligible) and $493,520** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below.
• Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520.
• Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
  • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
