PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN — CONCIERGE MEDICINE
Manhattan, NY
$300K Base + Variable Compensation | Potential OTE up to $1M
I’m recruiting Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians for a premier concierge medicine practice offering a dramatically different model of primary care.
If you’re tired of seeing 20+ patients a day and want the time, autonomy, and resources to truly know your patients, this could be an exceptional opportunity.
Why This Role?- ~100-patient panel — significantly more time per patient
- Dedicated RN + Patient Care Administrator supporting each physician
- Build meaningful, long-term patient relationships
- Manage both chronic and acute conditions with a proactive approach
- Personalized care plans focused on each patient's long-term health
- Strong autonomy with extensive organizational support
- $300K base compensation + significant variable upside
- Potential total compensation of up to $1M
- Full-time, 5 days/week onsite
- Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Strong clinical training and patient communication skills
- Interested in relationship-based, high-touch primary care
- Concierge, direct primary care, academic medicine, or similar experience is a plus
- Physicians seeking greater autonomy and a more sustainable patient-care model are encouraged to apply
