Optometrist (OD) Optometrist – Part-Time (2 Days/Week), Primary Care Focus
A well-established practice is seeking a Part-Time Optometrist to provide primary care services with an emphasis on comprehensive vision exams. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused doctor looking for a flexible, low-stress schedule.
Position Highlights:- 2 days per week
- Primary care setting – focus on vision exams and patient relationships
- Patient-focused environment – see 2–3 patients per hour with full tech support
- Competitive compensation of $75-80 per hour translating to $156,000 plus

Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD)- Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
- Diagnose disease and vision disorders
- Counsel patients regarding their vision needs
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- License to practice in the state of NY
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
