We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our established hospital medicine program, directly employed and well-supported within a physician-friendly environment.
Key Features- ICU Management
:
The ICU is closed; nocturnists handle rapid response and codes. ICU patients are managed exclusively by dedicated ICU providers. - Procedural Requirements
:
No procedures are required for hospitalists. - Shift Schedule
: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 7 days on/7 days off rotation. - Patient Volume
:
Average daily patient census of 15–18 patients per physician. - Team Structure
:
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integral members of the team.
We welcome applications from both upcoming 2026 graduates and recent graduates pursuing board certification (BC), as well as from experienced candidates.
Eligibility- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid New York State license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA registration (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice history and license.
- Most recent NPDB Self‑Query Report (active within the last 30 days).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
- DEA Registration.
- New York State Licensure.
