This contract position requires on-site presence and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the mental health and well‑being of young patients in our community.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy in a supportive environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate therapy sessions, including individual and family therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic care
• Participate in on‑site meetings and case discussions
• Stay updated with the latest research and practices in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding treatment options

• MD or DO degree with a valid medical license
• Associate‑level experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate and patient‑centered approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with current mental health practices and regulations
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in psychiatry

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9a-5p

No call requirement

Setting:
Inpatient

Daily Volume: 12 – 16 patients

Patient Population:
Between the ages of 5-18 years old

Epic

Board certification required
