Join a high-volume,award-winning Emergency Department in Newburgh, NY, as Site Medical Director and play a key role in shaping the department's next chapter. With seven newfull-time physicians already hired and starting between July and October, thisis an ideal time to join and help build a high-performing emergency medicine team.

- $225/hour days | $240/hour nights
- $375,000–$475,000+ total compensation opportunity
- $60,000 start-date bonus fora two-year commitment;
Medical Director terms may be negotiable with approval - Only 48–72 clinical hours/month for the SMD

The physician group includes recently recruited EM physicians who will serve in Ultrasound Education roles,creating additional opportunities for clinical education and professional development. Teaching opportunities are also available through Internal Medicine residency rotations.
Requirements- MD or DO
- Completion of an accredited
Emergency Medicine residency - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
- Active or eligible New York medical license
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Current ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications, as applicable
- Significant Emergency Medicine experience
- Prior Medical Director or clinical leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ED operations, quality metrics, patient flow, and performance improvement
- Excellent leadership,communication, and team-building skills
