This is a hybrid outpatient role with flexibility, strong administrative support, and a team‑first model designed to help you succeed.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents
• Develop thoughtful, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Provide medication management with appropriate follow‑up
• Treat conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, and clinical staff
• Engage families and caregivers as part of the care process
• Provide both in‑person and telepsychiatry services
• Maintain documentation within modern EMR systems

This role allows you to build confidence and clinical depth while practicing in a supportive environment.
