• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental status exams
• Develop and implement treatment plans with team support

• Collaborate with therapists, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff
• Participate in suicide risk assessments with guidance and support
• Gain experience treating co-occurring disorders and personality presentations
• Document care using modern EMR systems

• Administrative team handling scheduling and logistics
• Prior authorizations managed for you
• Intake coordination and patient flow support
• Collaborative clinical team
• Structured onboarding and ramp-up

This allows you to focus on learning, building confidence, and practicing psychiatry.

• Board eligible or board certified
• Licensed or license-eligible in New York State
• Interest in outpatient psychiatry
• Collaborative mindset and patient-centered approach
• Early-career psychiatrists are strongly encouraged to apply.
