Position Overview

Outpatient psychiatric practice seeking a Psychiatrist to join its growing team in Florida’s highly desirable Treasure Coast region. The organization is focused on delivering comprehensive care for children, adolescents, and adults, with a long-term mission centered on serving Veterans, First Responders, individuals affected by PTSD, and the broader community.

• 100% outpatient psychiatry practice
• Flexible schedule with virtual/telemed options
• No call responsibilities, No weekends
• Patient volumes of approximately 8-10 patients per day
• Integrated care model combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and family involvement
• Access to in-office Neuro Star TMS technology
• Potential partnership opportunity available
• EMR platform includes voice-to-text functionality with AI enhancements

• Total compensation potential of $325,000–$350,000
• Performance-driven bonus structure based on clinical quality, outcomes, and patient care
