Pediatrician Opportunity

Practice medicine in a close‑knit community as a pediatrician with Rochester Regional Health – St. Lawrence Region.

• Specialty:
  Pediatrics – open to experienced providers or new graduates (Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of completing residency)
• Location:
  
  Canton‑Potsdam Hospital (Canton Pediatrics Practice) or Potsdam Pediatrics Practice
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible to meet a 40‑hour work week
• Practice setting:
  Outpatient pediatrics with newborn and pediatric inpatient rounding and call
• Call requirement:
  One 24‑hour hospital‑only call per week (5 p‑5 p) and a 1:4 to 1:6 weekend hospital‑only call
• EMR:
  Epic
• Team structure:
  Collaboration with St. Lawrence Region physicians, APPs and clinical support staff as well as other Rochester Regional Health System physicians and providers
• Opportunities for mentorship available

• Competitive base salary with productivity incentives – base salary range of $200,000 to $300,000, subject to experience and qualifications

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a full‑time applicant. It may be modified and may be eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, specialty, location, and contracts. Certain positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with system pay practices.
