, a 160-bed, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility is a privately-owned, not-for-profit organization providing care to a largely rural population and strictly adheres to its Vision Statement to be recognized as a premier employer and provider of adult living services, promoting optimal quality of life with regard to mind, body and spirit.
Herkimer, New York is nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack State Park Mountains, fifteen miles east of Utica, NY. Valley Health Services evolved from a thirty-two-bed facility to its current size and is a major health care provider and vital community asset. The region offers community and recreational opportunities.
Responsibilities- Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- Collaborative Working Environment
- Loan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programs
- EMR - Point Click Care & Epic
- Hourly Rate - $150
- MD, DO or MBBS
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- New York State Licensure
- BLS Certification Required
- Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Employs principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in clinical practice
- DEA Required
