About the Role

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Optometrist (OD) to provide care at two outpatient clinics in Syracuse, NY. This clinic‑based role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on delivering high‑quality vision care.

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice
• Prescribe corrective lenses and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
• Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active New York optometry license
• Experience treating senior populations preferred
