Health Alliance Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), has an excellent opportunity for a neurohospitalist in our Kingston, NY, location. The Department of Neurology is seeking a BC/BE neurologist to join a rapidly growing multiple physician neurology department at Health Alliance, which consists of an inpatient stroke neurologist, three outpatient neurologists, and a growing team of physician assistants.

The practice is looking for a neurohospitalist due to continued growth and an increase in demand. Teleneurology, telestroke and eICU provide support for acute neurologic needs.

• Applicants must have an MD (or equivalent) degree and must be board certified/board eligible in neurology by the date of hire
• Qualified to obtain a New York State license
• Clinical Expertise:
  Demonstrated clinical skills in neurology, including inpatient and outpatient care.

  Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

• Inpatient consultation at Health Alliance Hospital and collaboration clinically in the Northern region of the Network
• Integral role in expanding inpatient and outpatient neurology services
• Practice at a DNV-Certified Primary Stroke Center with after-hours tele-stroke support
