Fetal Surgeon and Co-Director of Fetal Care Center

That’s why Memorial Healthcare Systems’ Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking an extremely capable and well-experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) trained Fetal Surgeon to join our remarkable team. Within our qua ternary care regional referral center, we deliver over 13,000 babies every year.

And each one deserves our utmost in care. The ideal candidate we seek will be board-certified in MFM and have advanced training in fetal diagnosis, intervention, and surgery.

You will collaborate with a highly specialized team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care in an academic setting, while serving as Co-Director of the Fetal Care Center as you help develop programmatic growth and strategic planning initiatives. You will also have the incredible opportunity to support breakthrough clinical research.

You will manage inpatient and outpatient maternal and fetal conditions, ex utero intrapartum therapy (EXIT) deliveries, and ultrasound-guided procedures such as percutaneous umbilical cord blood sampling, amniotic band resection, fetal shunt placement, and laser therapy for twin-twin transfusion syndrome. Experience with open fetal procedures is beneficial, but not required.
