Location: Village of Cooperstown
Hematology/Oncology Locum Tenens Opportunity Locum Tenens Medical Partners, PLLC – Near Cooperstown, NY
Weareseekinga Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a busy outpatient practice in the Cooperstown, NY area. This is a locum tenens position for a provider to work 3 full days per week
, with the potential to continue until a permanent hire is made.
Start Date: 4/6/2026
Setting: Outpatient only
Compensation:
- Maximum daily rate:
Please contact - Travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage provided
Team Composition:
- 1 MD to 1 NP onsite
Patient Details:
- Volume: 12–15 patients/day (varies by patient mix)
- Case mix: ~80% Oncology / ~20% Hematology
Procedures/
Skills:
- Bone marrow procedures are a plus (most handled by IR)
Credentialing & Requirements:
- Board certification required
- Negative TB or QuantiFERON gold test within 1 year of start
- No temporary privileges; MSO processing timeframe ~120 days (urgent need flagged with credentialing team)
