Physician, Adult Medicine
Compensation: $240,000 - $250,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time | Monday–Fri day, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Flexible 4-day work week options available)
A premier healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Physician of Adult Medicine to join our clinical team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing high‑quality primary care while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions in adult patients
- Manage a robust patient volume of 24–28 patients daily in a fast‑paced, clinical environment
- Participate in a one‑week on‑call rotation shared among a collaborative team of providers
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, emphasizing preventative health and wellness education
- Prescribe medications and treatments; order and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care coordination
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes to maintain clinical excellence
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices through continuing medical education (CME)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted State Medical License
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a high‑volume patient load efficiently
