The Arthur Smith Institute for Urology at Northwell Health is seeking a physician leader for the position of Chief, Urology at Northern Westchester Hospital. This leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving a culture of scholarship and quality improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with medical staff and hospital management while guiding the productivity and excellence of physician faculty and support staff.

Responsibilities
- Working with the chair on all matters related to clinical operations
- Ensure high quality patient care through development and standardization of care processes and protocols
- Continue to develop a culture of scholarship in quality improvement, health equity and outcomes
- Ensure the productivity of physician faculty and support staff
- Maintain and improve upon the excellence within the department

Qualifications
- M.D. Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine
- Completion of residency and fellowship with Board Certification or eligibility
- Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York
- Outstanding communication and management skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with medical staff, hospital management, and staff
- Previous division, department, or program leadership
- Specialized training in Robotics, Female Pelvic or Uro-Oncology (Preferred)
