Call and requirements:
Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 5:00pm (call is required)

Supervision vs independent:
Physician-led team supervisory model

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CPRS

Certifications required:
Board Certified/Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required

Number of operating rooms: 7

License required or accepting IMLC:
Any unrestricted state license
