Role Overview :
This position involves providing outpatient Gastroenterology services, including colonoscopies and endoscopies, with responsibilities such as supervising fellows, managing consults, and handling leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Perform 8-10 outpatient procedures daily
- Cover consultative services and call on a weekly basis
- Participate in general GI procedures, including colonoscopies and endoscopies
- Supervise fellows during procedures
- Provide leave coverage as needed
- Weekday hours from 9 am to 5 pm
- Night call from 5 pm to 9 am (pager from home)
- Full weekend 24-hour call, Saturday 9 am through Monday 9 am
Candidates should have experience in general GI procedures, including colonoscopies and endoscopies, and be capable of supervising fellows.
Additional Benefits & SupportThe role offers competitive hourly rates from $335 to $425, which include base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.
