is seeking a physician to provide outpatient primary care in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting in New York. The clinician will see patients of all ages, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch and no on-call coverage.
Board certification or eligibility, active medical license, DEA registration, BLS, Medicaid enrollment, and prescriptive authority are required. Assignment is for a few months with ASAP start.
