Auxiliary Part-Time Theatre Arts Faculty, Voice & Speech
The Theatre Arts program at Molloy is seeking applicants for a Part-Time Auxiliary Faculty in Voice & Speech.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor all voice and speech classes to ensure the delivery of curriculum and that instructors are clear on all the expectations detailed in the syllabi. Interview potential new instructors for voice and speech classes and maintain relationships with current professionals in the industry.
- Work with the Theatre Arts Department Chair to evaluate and refresh voice and speech course offerings, curriculum; create and revise homework assignments and handout materials on an ongoing basis.
- Observe voice and speech classes on an ongoing basis to ensure curriculum is being implemented and teaching standards are being maintained.
- Serve as Academic Advisor
- Monitor the vocal health of all Molloy BFA program students. Serve as artistic advisor for voice and speech elements in productions and course/scene work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Voice and Speech;
Theatre Performance or related field. - 3-5 years teaching experience in higher education.

The hiring annual salary range for this part-time position is $25,000. This hiring range represents the University s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting.
