Location: City of Elmira
LOCATIONS:
Bath, Avoca, Hammondsport and surrounding schools
Full-time(1.0 FTE), 8-hour day, 185 days per year, school calendar, summer work as needed
- Assist with leadership and management of the Food Service program
- Complete paperwork related to the Child Nutrition Program
- Utilize computer programs including Excel, email, etc.
- Provide training for the cooking staff
- Provide supervision of Food Service staff
- Other duties as assigned

AAS Degree (specializing in foods, nutrition or institutional management) OR High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 4 years’ experience in the preparation of food on a large scale.
- Previous food service management experience
- Good verbal, written and computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to use Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated supervisory, recordkeeping, planning and problem-solving skills and training and customer service skills
SALARY RANGE:
Salary based on related work experience and annual hours scheduled. May include additional paid summer work as needed. Comprehensive benefit package included.
